How it works

We can do amazing things together, I just know it!

 

It all starts with a conversation (coffee and cake are optional) and you make the decisions from there. Following an initial chat, a proposal will set out how I could meet your organisation’s needs, along with a time-scale and transparent cost for the work. There is no cost until you decide to progress from there.

I can work with you in a more concentrated way in the short term - for example to meet a pressing funding deadline - or over several months in a project development role or interim post during recruitment, or even provide support over several years on longer-term strategic projects. 

 

I believe it is important to be transparent about costs so you can budget easily, and communicate with funders. It also helps us set realistic expectations and build trust from day one. 

 

My current fees are:

£350 a day for ongoing, longer-term work, or charities with a turnover of less than £100K.

£450 a day for shorter-term fixed contracts.

We will always agree costs, and make them work for you, before we start working together.
